Surveys and Valuations
We offer a range of professional services to the home buyer and
these can be tailored to suit individual requirements.Our basic survey report is provided in letter form and includes a valuation of the property in existing condition. Should a more detailed report be required, then we can offer a Home buyer and Valuation Report as prescribed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

All surveys and valuations are undertaken by one of our three resident chartered surveyors, each of whom has over 30 years of experience in the local area.

Self Build Stage Certification
Bell Watson offer a Stage Inspection and Certification service for people wishing to build their own home either on a sub contract basis or as a self build project.
Individual Stage Certificates are issued at various stages during the course of construction and a Final completion certificate is issued to comply with the Council of Mortgage Lenders Requirements.
